1. Service Agreement

By booking our services you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Reservation and Payment

  • Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • Payment can be made online or to the driver
  • Prices are fixed and shown at time of booking

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time
  • 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours
  • No refund in case of no-show

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the pick-up location on time
  • Provide accurate flight information
  • Be respectful of the vehicle and driver
  • No smoking in vehicles

5. Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Complaints

Complaints must be reported to support@deniztransfer.com within 24 hours.
