1. Service Agreement
By booking our services you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Reservation and Payment
- Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
- Payment can be made online or to the driver
- Prices are fixed and shown at time of booking
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time
- 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours
- No refund in case of no-show
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready at the pick-up location on time
- Provide accurate flight information
- Be respectful of the vehicle and driver
- No smoking in vehicles
5. Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Complaints
Complaints must be reported to support@deniztransfer.com within 24 hours.
